Mass Editing Tool - This tool is invoked through the right click menu

Mass Editing tool provides a spread sheet interface to modify process and consumption information. This option is available by clicking on an operation node. You will be able to edit process information of all child processes. You will be allowed to edit & delete processes, but you cannot add processes. You will able to cut, copy & paste as well as search data like a regular spreadsheet.

 

Process as well as consumption information can be edited using this interface. Child activities of any operation and not the child operations of an operation can be edited by right clicking on the operation node in the mBOM tree and selecting ‘Edit in Mass Editing Tool…’. You will find two tab pages at the bottom, one for editing process and one for editing consumption.

 

To edit process information or consumption: Right click on the operation node in the mBOM tree and select ‘Edit in Mass Editing Tool…’ & select the appropriate tab page at the bottom

Add resource - Adds resource to an activity-Must click on the row number for this to become an option.

Add Plant - Adds a location to an activity-Must click on the row number for this to become an option.

Format Columns - Select columns to be viewed

 

 

To change the display of columns: Click on the ‘Format Columns’ in the tool bar of the Mass Edit Control.

You can select the columns you would like to see by checking them in the ‘Add/Remove Columns’.
