Mass Replace Consumed Components

This tool is used to replace one consumed part number (or parent part number) with another part number (or parent part number)

You have the option of replacing the part ID across all end items or only certain processes within one end item.

To replace a part number:

1. Go to tools and invoke ‘Mass Replace Consumed Components’ tool.

2. Select ‘All End Items’ or any one end item

3. If only one end item has been chosen, select the process

4. Enter the old part number in the Current ID field

5. Enter the new part number in the New ID field.

6. Select if you want to replace the ‘Part ID’ or ‘Parent ID and select ‘Replace’
