Process Diff Report

Overview

 

The process diff report allows you to compare two different processes for end items.   The following is a list of steps required to create a Process Diff Report.

 

 

1. To create a comparison you must first select an end item.  Click "Select" in the End Item Details box.

2. Next, you can either type in the End Item ID, or click on "Search" and select an End Item from a list.

3. After an end item is selected, you must now select a specific process mapped to that item.  To do this, click on "Select" located in      the First Process Details box.

4. The BOM will be loaded for the end item selected.  Highlight the process you would like to compare, and then click the arrow             button.  If you would prefer, you can also search for a specific process by clicking on the "Search Processes" tab and entering a        valid process ID.  Once you have selected the process, click "OK".  To remove a selected process, highlight it, and click the               "Remove from List" command.

5. Repeat steps 1-4, but this time in the Second Process Details box.

 

6. Once both process details are entered, click on the "Compare" button.  A report will now be generated for you, comparing the           processes.
