Reconciliation Reports

The reconciliation reports help to find missing information for individual entities in the Proplanner application. Reconciliation reports can be invoked from the Tools menu. The user need not open a project to view the reports. There are currently 8 reports in this Reconciliation Reports. By clicking on individual reports the users can generate reports according to options they have chosen.

 

Rules:

Project selection in the project combo box is mandatory.
All the reports change according to the options that are chosen.
Filtering is optional.
Path in the reports shows the actual path of that entity in the appropriate tree.

Generating Reports

1. Select the Project from the Project Combo Box (If you are already in a project no need to select).

2. Select the Report in the Report List View that you want to generate.

3. Click on the ellipses button (“…”) to the right of the Product / Plant section of the Options area.

4. Select the End Items/Plant that you want to run the report on.

5. Click on the ellipses button (“…”) to the right of the Filter section of the Options area if you want to filter the report.

6. Click the check boxes to filter the list; the entire checked one will be shown in the report.

7. Click the Generate Button to generate report, view report and print report.

 

 

Reports and Importance:

 

Activities Not Mapped to Resource:

This report shows the list of activities from mBOM Tree which are not mapped to any resource. The user can see all the activities which do not require a resource or are lacking resource information.

 

Activities Not Mapped To Activity Location:

This report shows the list of activities in mBOM Tree which are not mapped to any Activity Location.

 

Activity Location – Resource Discrepancy:

This report shows the list of activities in mBOM Tree that have a discrepancy in the Resources required and the Resources available at the Activity Location.

 

Activity Location Resource:

This report shows the list of Resources in the Plant Tree with their Resource Tree information i.e. Internal Class and User Class. The user can Group the report by selecting the group by Column (Activity Location, Internal Class, User Class).

 

Activities Not Consuming Components:

If components under a parent are not being consumed or are being partly consumed by activities then this report shows those components.

 

Component-wise Consumption

Provides a list of components and the activities that consume those components, the user can compare the quantity on the BOM tree and quantity being consumed by the activity.

 

Consumption Discrepancy

This report lists all the components that are not being consumed by any process step.

 

Routing Discrepancy

This report lists all the assemblies, manufactured items and features that do not have a routing mapped to it.
