Work Instruction Thin Client Administrator
The thin client administration allows you to delete, change current versions and change effectivity of published entities.

Work Instructions Thins Client Administrator
1. Select the appropriate publishing server
2. Select the published work instruction
3. View the details of the selected entity
Work Instructions are classified according to Line Balancing Scenarios, Processes and Resources. Multiple versions of a published entity can exist.
To change the current version of Work Instructions

Modify the Version of the published instruction
Select the Published entity (not a version) and change the Current Version to the required version
To change the approval or effectivity of any version of an entity

Edit effectivity and approval of published instruction
Navigate to the appropriate version and change the appropriate values in the properties.
Note:
1. The thin client provides versioning. If you republish the scenario, the scenario is published with a higher version number. You will have set the current version of the Work Instructions in the Admin tool. Click on the scenario & set the required version (CurrentVersion).
2. The thin client provides a feature to facilitate ‘Approvals’. A scenario is published with a “Not Approved” status. Once the Work Instructions is approved, the “Approved” flag has to be changed to ‘True’ in the Admin tool
