Engineers at a truck manufacturing plant used the Workplace Planner to reduce non value added labor along a moving line.

Workplace Planner calculated the direct labor of four operators at each workstation. By Animating the process steps and walk movements to see and eliminate waste, engineers were able to improve part presentation and remove operator delays by 25%.
