This Proplanner Privacy Policy applies only to use of the website located at We provide links to other Web sites for your convenience. When you use these links, you leave the Proplanner Web site and the Proplanner Privacy Policy will not apply to your use of those other websites.

What information do we collect?

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. We may store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us to request that we remove this information from our database.

Information Collection

Proplanner collects personal information when you register with Proplanner for a Proplanner account, when you use certain Proplanner products or services, when you register to attend a seminar or participate in an online survey, when you ask to be included in an email or other mailing list, or you submit an entry for a sweepstakes or other promotions, or when you submit your information to Proplanner for any other reason. From time to time, Proplanner receives personal information from business partners and vendors. Access to certain Proplanner web pages requires a login and a password. The use of those web pages, and the information or programs downloadable from those sites, may be governed by a written agreement between your employer and Proplanner. Your personal information may be retained and tied to webserver log information by Proplanner to verify compliance with the agreement, log software licenses granted, to track software downloaded from those pages, or track usage of other applications available on those pages.

In addition, a system administrator from your company may have access to various parts of the applications and can assign permissions to view or write on the applications. In some cases we may disclose some personal information to our client to prevent abuse and provide customer service to our clients. For example, if you are an employee of the client company you may be subject to these agreements and such disclosures.

Applicable Laws

All matters relating to your access to, and use of, the Site shall be governed by U.S. federal law or the laws of the State of Iowa. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Des Moines, Iowa, except to the extent required by our TRUSTe license. You and Proplanner Corporation agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Proplanner will amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will make that information available by posting a prominent notice on this site for 30 days.
