You may have noticed that within Assembly Planner the activity work zone field can be directly typed into but that field also contains a drop-down and that drop-down can be populated through a list so these values can be easily reused.
I can populate that drop-down list by going to the data management list management and then I can select the work zone from the list and if that does not already exist you can create a new list and then I can edit the values to populate the work zone list.
