Video Transcript:
To make it easier to manage roles within the system you can have one role inherit privileges from one or more other roles.
As an example, I have an IE lead role that I've just created and it has no proof which is set to it. If I go into role management and I have it inherit privileges from the IE role then I can look at the privileges now for the IE lead and you can see that it has been granted anything that the IE had been given and that's noted in this column here. If I grant permission strictly to this particular role then I'm not going to see that, so you can help keep track and if the IE roll gets edited then this IE lead will also be edited.
