When you're manually moving tasks in Assembly Planner line balancing you can be warned of constraint violation and TAKT time changes before you make the move.
Right-click on the selected task to change the assignment or drag and drop to the chart. If you click on a station, operator, assignment violations created by moving the selected tasks there will appear in red and those removed will appear in green.
You can change the settings at the top to change which tasks will be moved based on the task grouping or current assignments. Also if the new cycle time exceeds the TAKT time it will be highlighted in red at the bottom.
