I'm going to point out a few settings that you can change in the yamazumi chart. You can turn on or off different models and in the average bar, you can change from the station or the line view to the operator view. You can color-code by value-added or not value-added. There are a few different options for that you can color-code by work zone to highlight tasks with work zones assigned and you can color code by group ID. When you do that you can also tile by group so that you see a single tile for the whole group.
Any of the settings that you see in the yamazumi chart can be edited by an administrator by default in the Preferences menu under line balancing and the yamazumi chart so every time you open the elements in a chart it can be configured the way you want it to be.
