You can go to our website and click on Support>Submit a Ticket to be taken straight to the Portal.
Here you can start by creating an account or jump right in and file a ticket.
Want to stick with email? Feel free to email support@proplanner.com instead and a ticket will be automatically filed for you so that we can address your issue or concern.
And if any of our representatives are available online, you can chat with them directly through the support portal or on our website.
