v11.27.0.0 Assembly Planner Software Update

Enhancements

• ECO

  • Documents

    • Added support for Documents in the ECO module against the ECO and ECO-Items

    • Added role privileges for editing documents (add/delete)

    • Added history records when ECO documents are edited

    • Added logic to prevent editing of documents once an ECO is processed (based on ECO status)

  • Updated the ECO Dashboard Report to show the count of MCOs in In Process/Complete status per stage. Also, adjust the sort order of the ‘Delays’ section to show the average number of days from arrival to complete per stage.

• Activity – Observed Time Archive Manager

  • Replaced Save/Cancel buttons with OK/Cancel for standardization

  • Removed restriction on the number of new rows which can be added

  • Removed restriction requiring the user to reopen the Archive Manager to generate reports with newly added studies

  • Changed the selection drop-down list to display both the time and description

• Sequence Planner

  • Added new system preference and Tools>Preference control to set the default for ‘Allow Publishing Partial Days’

• Component Library

  • Added new input filter to the Routing Tree Export to allow for filtering by date

  • Restored the ‘New’ eBOM part flag to exist alongside the ‘Add’ flag

• Export Data

  • Removed the ‘Get ECO Data’ button from the PPR export user interface

• Shop Floor Viewer

  • Added capability to publish Activity-Option mapping custom fields

  • Kit Cart Report modifications to adjust the template, print service settings, and APIs

  • Modified the Administrator>Add User control to add the new userID to the Auth Service tables.

  • Enabled SSO for Factboard and PFEP Mobile Android app

  • Angular Conversions

    • Factboard

    • PFEP Dashboards

    • Unit Operator Sign Off Report \

  • Removed aspx and other unnecessary files

Bug Fixes

• Shop Floor Viewer

  • Fixed a bug causing the work step tree order attribute to not be set correctly when publishing the work instructions. If the tree order is used for sorting the work steps in the Shop Floor Viewer, then the step would be displayed in the incorrect order.

• Line Balancing

  • Fixed a bug in the MUDA chart showing idle time above the TAKT line for station operators with unclassified time.

• Time Study

  • Fixed a bug causing the Observed Time report to not follow the correct time precision for the new Unclassified time column.
