Proplanner is proud to announce we have entered into a strategic partnership with the CIRAS Digital Manufacturing Lab powered by Alliant Energy. As a result, Proplanner will be moving November 1st, to Building #7 at the ISU Research Park (2500 North Loop Drive, Suite 7502) to be next to the lab, where our Manufacturing 4.0 MES development and test workstation will now reside.
Once moved, our workstation will be integrated with CIRAS’ Pick-2-Light system, Cobot, and other lab-based devices. Likewise, Digital Lab visitors will now have access to all of Proplanner’s equipment and capabilities such as bar code scanners, Atlas Copco DC torque tools, an Allen Bradley PLC, Andon light tower and an array of touch screen displays driven by Intel NUC PC's and Raspberry Pi 4.0 devices, all running Proplanner's robust Assembly Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Andon solutions via secure Microsoft Azure Cloud servers.
Proplanner's MES and Andon systems are uniquely designed for complex, mixed-model vehicle and appliance assembly. We bring the latest 4.0 Industrial Internet Of Things (IIOT) solution to our clients with a relentless focus on minimizing manual input via a digital thread from design (PLM/PDM) to the shop floor and ERP around turnkey workflows and interfaces. This out-of-the-box solution ensures assemblers receive immediate benefits as opposed to months of costly internal development often required by competitors. The Proplanner approach ensures accuracy, quick deployment and ease-of-use while bringing new and modified products to production in days versus weeks and months.
Proplanner leverages strategic partnerships and/or licensing agreements from:
